At Think Strategy, we provide digital marketing consultation, workshops, training, seminars, and done-for-you services, all delivered online. We aim to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience accessing our services. Please review our shipping and delivery policy for more details.

  1. Delivery of Services

– Online Consultation: All consultation services are delivered online via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. Clients will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and details once the appointment is scheduled.

– Workshops and Training Programs: Workshops and training sessions are conducted online. Participants will receive an email with login details and instructions to access the virtual sessions at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

– Seminars: Seminars are held online through webinars or virtual conferencing tools. Registered attendees will receive a link to join the seminar and any relevant materials at least 24 hours before the event.

– Done-For-You Services: Deliverables for done-for-you services, such as reports, marketing materials, and strategic plans, will be provided electronically via email or through secure file-sharing platforms. Clients will be notified via email when their deliverables are ready for review.

  1. Access to Online Services

– Login Credentials: For all online services requiring login credentials, clients will receive their unique access details via email. It is the client’s responsibility to keep these details secure and confidential.

– Technical Requirements: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, software, and internet access to participate in online sessions. Think Strategy will provide guidance on the technical requirements needed for each service.

  1. Scheduling and Confirmation

– Scheduling: Upon booking a service, clients will receive a confirmation email with the details of their scheduled session, including date, time, and access information.

– Reminders: Automated reminders will be sent via email 24 hours before the scheduled session to ensure clients have ample notice and can prepare accordingly.

  1. Changes and Rescheduling

– Rescheduling Requests: Clients may request to reschedule their online consultation, workshop, or training session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional charges.

– Cancellations: If a session is canceled by Think Strategy due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative date and time or a full refund.
