Think Strategy (GSSRS Training Private Limited) Return and Refund Policy

At Think Strategy, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing consultation, workshops, training, seminars, and done-for-you services. We are committed to customer satisfaction and want to ensure a positive experience for all our clients. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

  1. Consultation Services

-Refund Policy: All fees paid for consultation services are non-refundable. Once a consultation session has been scheduled and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.

-Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their consultation appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice without incurring additional fees. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to additional charges.

  1. Workshops and Training Programs

-Refund Policy: Registration fees for workshops and training programs are refundable if a cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.

-Transfers: Participants may transfer their registration to another individual or to a future workshop or training program without penalty if a transfer request is made at least 14 days before the original start date. Transfers requested within 14 days of the start date may incur additional charges.

  1. Seminars

-Refund Policy: Fees paid for seminar attendance are refundable if a cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the scheduled seminar date. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the seminar date are non-refundable.

-Substitutions: If you are unable to attend a seminar, you may substitute another individual to attend in your place at no additional cost, provided we are notified at least 7 days before the seminar date.

  1. Done-For-You Services

-Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of our done-for-you services, all fees paid are non-refundable once the work has commenced. Clients will receive a detailed project plan and scope of work for approval before any work begins.

-Revisions: We offer a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  1. General Terms

-Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [contact email].

-Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the receipt of the cancellation request.

-Force Majeure: In the event that a workshop, training, seminar, or service is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit towards future services.
